At Copts In Need, we work closely with trusted local partners across Egypt to identify those most in need and deliver support where it will have the greatest long-term impact.

Safe Housing

A safe home supplied with a concrete roof, electricity, water, and sanitation provides the foundation for a healthy and secure life. We build new homes, renovate unsafe properties, and improve living conditions for families who would otherwise be living in dangerous or inadequate accommodation.

Education

Education opens doors to opportunity. We support children and young people by helping remove the financial barriers that prevent them from attending school, while also investing in literacy and educational development programmes.

Healthcare

Access to healthcare should never depend on financial circumstances. We help provide medical treatment, surgeries, medication, specialist care, and healthcare initiatives for individuals and families who would otherwise go without.

Microfinance

One of the most effective ways to reduce poverty is by creating sustainable sources of income. Through interest-free small business loans and income-generating projects, we empower families to become financially independent and support themselves with dignity.

Emergency Relief

When families face unexpected hardship, whether through illness, natural disasters, or financial crisis, we provide emergency assistance to help them recover and rebuild their lives.

None of this would be possible without the generosity of our supporters and the dedication of our volunteers. Every fundraiser organised, every mission trip undertaken, and every donation received helps transform lives across Egypt.

Because the charity is run entirely by volunteers in the UK, with no UK administrative costs and less than 2% of income used for essential operational expenses in Egypt, over 98% of every donation goes directly towards funding projects that make a lasting difference.
